Westonzoyland Primary School ‘Achieving, Learning and Growing Together’

Good morning Osprey class - here's to another week of learning from home! I hope you get on okay with my new layout this week, let me know if it's easier or more complicated to navigate. I will also upload a short Topic activity each day, scroll to the bottom of the page to find today's.

I am missing you all lots and hope you're all well.

Miss Grant x

This week we are going to have a look at some examples of instruction writing and try to write our own instructions.

Monday: Attached are some examples of instruction writing. I would like you to choose one of these pieces of writing to read and follow carefully. Make sure you let me know how you get on and send me some pictures of your final creations!

Year 5s, this week you are going to be having a look at continuous data. This is data that is collected over a period of time shown in line graphs instead of bar charts or pictograms. I would advise you to use a ruler to help you read the line graphs accurately.

Year 4s, this week you are going to be looking at range of different ways that we can show discrete date, including tables. We will then apply this knowledge to a range of problem solving questions.
