School Learning Pictures

31/01/20 As part of our half term’s social play learning, we have been thinking about how people with different needs would find our classroom and social environment. This week we used blindfolds to simulate a sight difficulty. We found it tricky to enjoy the activities that we usually do such as drawing, card games and moving around the room.

30/01/20 We have been learning about genetics in our science lessons. Here we are making our own geneticons!

16/01/20 Hobby Class were editing their work today by visiting different stations on the editing train line! It helped us to remember what we need to include and gave us some helpful hints if we forgot what something meant.

06/12/19 Hobby Class are really enjoying Social Play where we learn different games to play with each other. Our teamwork and communication skills have really improved. Here we have children playing werewolf, carrot and stick, silent ball and drawing games.

5/11/19 We used atlases and maps to look at different places in the U.K. We then learned about how land can be used for different things such as farming, hills, rivers and cities.

Missing photos! Some photos on our class page have gone missing! Mrs Meyers is hunting to see if she can find them again and put them back online. Sorry for this.

30/09/19 We love writing up our work into our final write books.

20/09/19 Working with some of Osprey Class, we played some barrier games to test our communication skills. What a lovely way to spend a Friday afternoon!
